An Evening of Blissful Relaxation & Self-Connection
Bliss is a state of being, it is a felt sense experience.
Bliss is being fully present and bringing all of you into that moment. This blissful full presence already exists within you and you have the ability to tap into it and grow your capacity to experience bliss.
Bliss is this sacred part of you that knows that everything is okay. When I am experiencing bliss I am fully able to be with whatever is here, just as it is. I am connect to the place where I know I am okay, and I feel okay enough to be right here, right now. I’m able to surrender to this moment, to open, and to allow. In bliss I am in union with what is, with all that is.
Bliss is a natural state of being. Your essence, the essence of who you are, includes bliss. Experiencing bliss is a returning, a remembering, a re-awakening, and a re-connecting. It is and has always been within us. The more we connect to our bliss, the more easily we can access it.
This blissful state of presence can be practice and cultivated. In this class, we will support ourselves to reconnect, to get to know our experience of bliss, to get familiar with it, and to deepen into it. We will strengthen our ability to stay in bliss, to let ourselves be blissful, and to be centred in bliss.
This 90 minute class is an invitational and welcoming space of curiosity and exploration. It is a held ritual container to slow down and connect. It is a container of time set aside just for you.
Each month Bliss Magic will have a specifically curated theme for the evening:
October's theme is FORGIVENESS

Ticket is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same date or with at least 48 hours notice it can be transferred once to the next Breath Magic event.
What To Bring:
⁃ Yoga mat (or blanket or towel)
⁃ Water
⁃ Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers (temperature can change as you practice)
⁃ Blanket and pillow (optional)

Doors will open 10mins before at 6:50pm
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in

Alana is a Vita Certified Sex, Love, Relationship Coach, Yoga Instructor, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. Her work focuses on mindfulness, the body, and energy practices with a trauma-informed approach. She has been deeply committed to her spiritual path and journey for 15 years.
