About this Event
Join school of breath for a two hour breath event involving music, breathwork and meditation .
Han & Meg will guide you through a series of breathing patterns and sequences that aim to energise and calm the body at the same time. The breathwork practice assists in rebalancing the nervous system, quietening mental chatter, enhancing physical performance and slowing down brain wave frequencies - the perfect substitute to being dropped into a deep meditation at the end of the practise.
This breath journey will be held in a safe and comfortable environment.
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Pillow/cushion
- Blanket
- Eye mask
- Journal/notebook and pen
What to wear:
- Comfy, warm clothing
What to expect:
- Opening discussion and education on the breath.
- Guided breathwork practice.
- Guided deep meditation
- Closing group discussion
