Join us for a rejuvenating workshop where you will learn how therapeutic breathwork can enhance your physical and mental well-being. Perfect for all levels! Limited to 6 students.In this 3-part workshop, you will learn the importance of breath for immunity, mental health, vitality and for attaining safe posture & pain-free movement patterns. You will learn to assess your own breathing patterns and apply techniques to your daily practice to meet your specific wellness goals. Each 1.5-2 hour session includes breathwork, meditation and gentle movement.
Day 1 (Sept 21): Introduction: Fundamentals of Breath, Breath types and Breath Awareness; Introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Day 2 (Sept 28): Specific Pranayama / Breath techniques; Breath and Emotion; Practice and Integration; Reflection
Day 3 (Oct 12): Breath and Movement
