About this Event
Our group is dedicated to creating a space where individuals can come together to connect, learn and grow in their practice of breathwork and meditation. We believe that breath is a powerful tool that can be used to bring about calmness, relaxation, and a sense of balance, which is essential for our overall well-being.
Our meetups will include a range of mindfulness meditations, breathing exercises, and discussions on how to incorporate mindfulness practices into our daily lives. Our aim is to help each other reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve our mental and emotional health.
