Breathwork may cause the release of
DMT (Spirit Molecule) it is an alchemy with brainwaves and cerebrospinal fluid. Gamma brainwaves are associated with states of deep meditation, heightened awareness, and higher brain functions.

โข Doors will open at 3:00pm and you will have a few moments to get grounded and set up for your ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ experience.
โข We will open up with an introduction to this ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ technique and prepare to start the Breathwork Medicine Journey.
โข You will then be guided through a 90 minute experience recieving healing & expansion bridging the gap between your human self & higher self.
โข Your only job is to be open minded, relax, and let your breath guide you on this medicine journey be open to receive any healing or guidance that comes up throughout the journey.
โข We will close of with an intergration circle finishing up at 5:30PM and have an hour break, to ground, nourish our bodies, and have a swim before we prepare for the Sound Bath at 6:30PM.

Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.

What can I expect?
There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed.
