Join senior teacher Tori G. Newburn for a 90-minute immersive journey into the energetic intelligence of the breath, body, and cosmos.This special session offers a rare opportunity to deepen your practice through breath-based movement, meditative awareness, and the subtle energies that shape our inner and outer experience.
We will begin with a brief opening talk, orienting ourselves within the energies of the moment through True Sky Astrology—setting sacred space through an alignment with the living sky above. From this cosmic lens, we’ll move into an exploration of the five sacred flows: rising, falling, expansion, contraction, and expression. Through a fluid, breath-led asana sequence, we will attune to the energetic values of prana, apana, samana, vyana, and udana—moving with intention and presence to create a synchronicity of energetic truth and reality.
This breath-based flow is designed to support practitioners and teachers alike in cultivating inner coherence and felt alignment. As we soften and settle, Tori will guide a deep meditation into the liminal space just beyond waking and just before sleep. In this subtle realm of consciousness, you’ll be invited into an experience of equanimity, peace, and surrender—a place of intuitive knowing and restoration.
We will close the workshop with a brief dharma talk, reflecting on the potential of shared energy, the magnetic field of the heart, and our ever-present connection to the greater cosmic truths of existence.
