Hello dear ones,
We're excited to start up again and welcome you all back to our first session of Autumn at Sennen Village Hall,
Breath Beats is a joyful combination of Breathwork & Dance. A playful journey through breath & somatic movement to energise, open & connect, flowing into an evening of global music to uplift the soul and dance in community. Breathing and dancing in a group stirs a magic, a memory deep inthe bones of how we once were together and what we can re-ignite. With DJ Dave Sir Vinyl, Samye Hatfield on percussion, and Anna de Vere from Wild Breath.
What to bring: a bottle of water, something waterproof to sit on, a cushion and blanket or something cosy to nest in,
Please try and arrive by 5.45pm at the latest so we can settle in and start together ❤
Tickets are £20 or £15 for concessions.
We will be planting a tree for each person breathing with us through TreeSisters to give back to the 'Lungs of the World.'

Some of the stronger Breathwork Practices have the following Contraindications, Please let Anna know at the start of the session if you have any of these and you will be given modifications:
* Pregnancy * History of heart disease, heart attacks or strokes * Epilepsy or Seizure * Schizophrenia or Bipolar * Hernia * Recent surgery * High Blood Pressure*
What to expect: We use Breathwork and movement to land more deeply in the body, energise and get all the feel good chemicals naturally flowing so we can really let go into the dance fully! We typically have around 40 people in the space and although its cosy, doing a breath session followed by dancing in this size group seems to generate a huge amount of energy and exponential Joy!
