Sound Healing is an ancient form of vibrational medicine in which the body’s cells absorb, resonate and respond to the vibrational frequency. It is said to aid in relaxation, restoration of cells, calming the nervous system and allowing us to enter a brain wave state of receival and healing. At Earthern.Soul.Healing, Jarna combines a symphony of crystal singing bowls, planetary attuned gongs, native wooden flute, various chimes, drums and Tibetan bowls along with the activation of voice and cosmic ancient light language.
Each Session is energetically different, while the Intention is felt from within the energy of the group, and the journey of 90 minutes,will have you being intuitively lead through a sequence of Breathwork, pushing us through our fight or flight response and taking us to a full space of receiving and healing, and then dropping into an individual journey of relaxation, bliss, receiving and awakening in many different realms and timelines.

It is through her own healing journey, her passion was ignited with modalities she used throughout the years, diving deep into personal experience and intensive training, both practicing, rituals and ceremonially.
She Believes in empowering individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing, serving as a guide and facilitator rather than a healer. Her heartfelt mission is to hold sacred spaces for retreats, workshops, and ceremonies that inspires connection, celebration and personal growth.
