This 2 hour workshop will include a practice of gentle movement coupled with a curated pranayama breathing practice. In the first half, we will explore Somatic Breathwork. Somatic Breathwork is a full embodiment experience, designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions, and stuck energy from the body. It is a modality that uses your own breath to help shed layers of yourself that are no longer serving your highest purpose. A gentler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with who you truly are. Together, we will use the breath to call in how you want to show up in the world, the changes you want to embody, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your fullest life. This profoundly restorative practice will be followed by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to move energy through the subtle bodies. You'll be enveloped in frequencies designed to harmonize your nervous system while you embark on a journey to release energetic blocks, it is here that the body is able to speak from a deep place of wisdom and knowing, giving you the keys to your own healing and transformation. Once here there is nothing left to do but to be present inside of this awareness.
