Loretto Dalmazzo is a meditation mentor, mom of two, and lifelong seeker in the holistic wellness space. For her, music and dance have been medicine. Helping her heal, grow, and reconnect with herself. She believes playfulness is essential as we get older, and through movement and intentional listening of music, she invites others to relax, to let go, to move freely, and rediscover joy and playfulness together in community. Loretto received her meditation certification by Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. and has been involved in the world of wellness and holistic living through her work with healing organizations, her training, and her own personal practices. Her mission is simple but powerful: to share the healing modality that transformed her own life, and to build a community where music, movement, and collaboration uplift us all.
