About this Event
Close out Black History Month with movement and community, right in the heart of Roxbury. Join us for Breath & Liberation, an all-levels vinyasa yoga class centering the BIPOC experience and welcoming allies in solidarity.
This class creates space to reconnect to the healing power of our breath, our bodies, and our collective power—in community. Together, we'll move through an accessible and empowering sequence set to a curated playlist celebrating our strength, exhaling some of the tension we’ve been holding and breathing in connection.
Being able to offer this class at Jean Appolon Expressions in Roxbury is both an honor and a gift! Join us for a unique opportunity to activate this beautiful community space.
What to Expect:
- An all-levels vinyasa flow accessible to different experience levels
- A curated playlist celebrating Black artists and culture
- Grounding breathing tools you can take with you
- An opportunity to move and breathe in community
