A soothing blend of breath, sound, and soul restoration.
Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in an evening of deep calm and renewal. We begin with a gentle, guided breathwork meditation to center your mind, open your heart, and release the weight you’ve been carrying.
From there, you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, and chimes—each note washing over you like waves of light and peace.
Vialet, an experienced sound healer with over five years of guiding transformative sound baths, also teaches others the art and science of sound healing.
Lisa Jean, an Energy Alchemist, weaves together the science of Breathwork and Somatic Coaching with her intuitive wisdom, creating a grounded yet deeply soulful experience.

These programs are limited to eight (8) participants. It is a small intimate experience. You MUST pre-pay and register for these programs to have a guaranteed spot. You can register at the center or online. Please arrive early. We lock the doors before starting.
