Somatic Breath & Body is a beginner friendly class that teaches you how to restore the true mind-body connection, while resetting our nervous system.The body movements are gentle and easy. No poses, no straining. And all done through controlled breath. Then finished off with low intensity breathwork! The goal is to give you a mid week "all system" reset. Connect the mind and body to increase awareness and decrease stress & held tension. I also aim to give you realistic daily practices so you can leave feeling prepared to do some healing work on your own 👏
I know breathwork seems scary because most workshops offer intense breathing practices aimed to give you big emotional releases. While I do recommend those, this particular style I teach is not that. I wanted to give people an option to learn an easy daily practice you can take with you, that feels a little more relaxed.
I'm so grateful to be the one to bring this practice to the area, and teach this special class as I designed it spefically to fill a need I saw in the healing community. Hope to see you there!! 🌬
