A breath-based health & fitness class combining the health benefits of yoga, dance, and martial arts. Optimize your movement and health through playful, skillful movement, regulate your nervous system, manage stress, and feel like a bad ass!

All levels are welcome. The ability to get up and down off the ground repeatedly is suggested.
