In a safe and lovingly held space, you will be guided with care, where every breath is a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you, as you reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound journey, where the effects of breathwork open your body to a richer, more profound experience; helping you relax, release, and amplify a deeper journey within.
The event is limited to a small circle of 8 people in order to create a uniquely personalised space for deeper support and heartfelt connection.
