A guided breath-work and sound journeyJoin Isaac and Brooke in Byron bay from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for a gentle Connected Breath and Sound Journey. Here, you will be guided through a breath work session to support you in settling into your body, allowing space for inner clarity, emotional balance, and self-connection.
Trauma-Informed ~ We hold a supportive space for you to explore your inner landscape at your own rhythm. Our approach prioritises safety and nervous system regulation, we do not encourage forced catharsis or intense emotional release, but rather invite gentle presence with whatever arises.
We begin by coming into stillness through meditation and moving into guided connected breathing, as we breathe into our whole body, we create inner spaciousness, and open to a deeper sense of presence allowing us to bring more awareness to our emotions.
The breath will then flow into an intuitive journey through an array of live instruments ~ harp, hand pan, hemp didgeridoos, gong, flutes, and more ~ Each instrument carries its own frequency with the ability to guide you deeper into your inner landscape and gently evoke dream-like states.
