As a Qualified 'Rebirthing' Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, and IIN Holistic Health Coach, she offers a unique blend of expertise rooted in her personal journey of overcoming adversity.
Born as a highly sensitive empath, Melissa navigated challenges such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and abusive relationships. Her commitment to inner work and holistic practices led her to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, particularly the 'Rebirthing' technique, which she studied under mentor Ron Bass.
