During this ninety minute class Daniela will guide you to exercise your breath through inhaling and exhaling at various speeds to create intensity for release and calm. Class will flow between breath and meditation. During meditations you will be guided to focus on the body and expand beyond your physical experience, moving your focus to the energy and return to a sense of stability within. Breath and Meditation class welcome more relaxation and release into your life on a weekly basis.
