It can also help to create a space to connect with yourself.
When you can relax your breath you can relax and appreciate the benefits of laughter and when you learn how to practice daily laughter you can increase the oxygen to your brain and your body as you create space in your lungs, get your heart pumping and blood flowing.
Daily, regular, laughter can increase your overall feeling of wellbeing. This workshop will show you how.
