This transformational class will combine Reiki and Breathwork with sound healing sprinkled in to help you clear any stagnant energy that has been making you feel stuck, overwhelmed and stressed.

No experience or equipment is needed for this class. Each participant will have a comfy table for their experience. All you have to do is say yes to you and show up.
