Step into Breath & Bass - Sheffield’s only Drum & Bass Breathwork journey.
This immersive 3-hour experience at R1SE Urban Spa blends conscious breathwork, high-vibration Drum & Bass soundscapes, soothing sound healing, and the Fire & Ice Spa for full-body integration. Guided by Macaulay Sutton and Lauren Bell from Arctic Alchemy, you’ll release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural rhythm in a safe, trauma-informed space. Whether you’re new to breathwork or deep on your journey, this is your chance to breathe deep, feel alive, and leave renewed from the inside out.

Open to all adults and all experience levels, this event is for anyone feeling stressed, disconnected, or ready to release what’s weighing them down. Whether you’re new to breathwork or already exploring your inner world, Breath & Bass invites you to reset, recharge, and reconnect - through rhythm, breath, and sound.
How the workshop will be structured:
Ground & Energise
Arrive, settle in, and connect with your breath. Set your intention and awaken the body with gentle movement and grounding techniques
Breath & Bass Journey
Guided conscious breathwork set to high-vibration Drum & Bass soundscapes. Feel energy rise, release tension, and access deep states of clarity, connection, and presence
Sound Bath Integration
Soften into stillness as crystal bowls and soothing frequencies help you restore balance and absorb the benefits of the breathwork journey.
Sharing Circle
Reflect and reconnect with yourself and the group. A safe, supported space to integrate your experience and ground your energy
Fire & Ice Spa Experience
Close the evening with R1SE’s elemental contrast therapy - heat and cold immersion to calm the nervous system, boost recovery, and leave you feeling rebalanced and deeply alive
