This class covers key topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby, proper latching techniques, positioning and how to recognize when baby is feeding well. We will also address common challenges including nipple soreness, low milk supply, storing milk, and ensuring that both parents are prepared for a smooth breastfeeding experience. By offering practical tips and emotional support, the class helps parents feel prepared for their breastfeeding journey. $50 (Insurance may cover the cost of this class)
