We will cautiously return to offering shared lunch but also totally understand if you prefer to bring your own food. Please remember that our venue is nut-free. If you're able to bring something to share please do, but if you're having a tough day please come anyway - you are always welcome. If you have a temperature or feeling unwell, we ask you to stay home. Hand sanitiser is at the venue and your attendance will be recorded in case we need to contact you.

- I’m not breastfeeding, can I still come along?
We mostly focus on breastfeeding during our parenting discussion meetings, but non-breastfeeding parents are definitely welcome to attend. We support parents at all stages of their breastfeeding journey, from pregnancy to weaning.
- Can I bring my baby?
Yes, our meetings are baby-friendly and suitable for toddlers and older kids. There is indoor and outdoor play equipment, plus toilets and kitchen facilities.
- Is there a cost?
There is no cost to attend the meeting.
- Do I need to be a member?
No, non-members are welcome to come along to see what we’re about. If you’d like to keep coming to meetings, we ask that you become a member.
- Do I need to bring anything or register beforehand?
No, you can just turn up.
- Can I talk to someone about my breastfeeding?
You sure can! There’s always a trained breastfeeding counsellor at each meeting who can talk to you one-on-one.
- What if I’m running late?
We like to say that there’s no such thing as late when it comes to an ABA meeting. Arrive when you can, and leave when you need to. We understand that people have to work around nap times and other commitments, and our meetings are fairly informal anyway.
