Presented by a local lactation consultant (a midwife who specialises in breastfeeding), learn all the current and medically accurate information on how to safely manage having a casual alcoholic drink whilst you are breastfeeding.

This is a non-judgemental information session designed to teach parents and caregivers how to be able to enjoy a drink, and keep their breastfeeding baby safe.
