Free Breast Health Caravan! 💗📍Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, 643 Cape Coral Parkway East, Unit B in Cape Coral

🕗 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Those who attend will receive a private, free breast exam, as well as a one-on-one breast care education session with a Breast Health Navigator. Attendees will then work with a case manager to schedule a mammogram appointment or follow-up care if needed.
To qualify for a mammogram funded by Partners for Breast Cancer Care, you must:
- Have no health insurance
- Be at or below 400% of the federal poverty level.
- Be a legal resident of Lee, Charlotte, Glades, Hendry, or Collier counties.
Attendees who have not pre-qualified must bring a photo ID, Social Security Card or ITIN, and proof of household income. To find out if you qualify, please call 239-454-8583. 📞
