If you've already taken the Proper Shoulder Engagement Workshop and Power Hour, then this class is a perfect follow up. In this class, you'll learn the training tools needed in order to successfully perform a lock off. Having good lock off strength is crucial to being able to complete many routes at the pink circuit level and above. So if your lock off isn't quite there yet, this class will go over exercises to get you there.
