Five-Day Personal Growth Workshop

This foundational five-day workshop can help adults achieve greater self-awareness and inner peace. In a safe space guided by credentialed therapists and counselors, participants can examine and modify long-standing emotional and relational patterns that interfere with their ability to live the lives they envision.

Through guided group work, participants explore their inner critic and ineffective patterns of thinking and behavior.
