Breakthrough is 5:15-6:15p every Monday.
We follow this by a gratitude gathering, same room, same Zoom, which runs from 6:15-7pm. And then potluck til 7:30ish when we enjoy Sacred Knowing, an experience of ancestral and systems healing.
Drop in anytime from 5p on. When you appear, you'll be gracefully integrated into the group session and feel free to quietly leave at any time as well.

This group usually has 5-10 people already attending that have not signed up through meetup or facebook.
No experience is necessary. It is a wonderful way to learn and practice EFT and other somatic, stress and trauma releasing, energy psychology skills and to be able to take home these skillset and use whenever you need to release stress and trauma and make profound changes to your habits. Both gradual and instantaneous breakthroughs from tapping will occur. A feeling of connection happens too.
Just by coming together and sharing our deepest concerns and releasing strees alongside one another seems to produce many miraculous results in and of itself. Many people recognize how universal our feelings are. Another phenomena of this group is that we often share themes and learn more about ourselves in others sharing. Compassion is abundant.
Charey K Fox, Charey has held this standing drop-in group since 2015 and has done many trainings in Emotional Freedom Technique since 2005, including John Freedom's Advanced Level 3 EFT training in December of 2015. She is trained in Embody Yoga School which is trauma informed and is adding to her style of practice. And Charey has worked with veterans and couples through Natl Veterans Wellness since 2016.
When Charey is out of town, this offering is held by other skilled and beloved facilitators.
