Gina of Elevate Mindset Mastery is 2024 Top Holistic Therapist of the Year, is a NeuroSomatic Breathwork facilitator & trainer, NLP & Hypnotherapy trainer, Integrative Somatic Parts Work practitioner. As the founder of Elevate Mindset Mastery, Gina has spent years helping individuals rewire limiting beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and unlock deep self-leadership.
With a background in hypnotherapy, neuroscience, trauma-informed coaching, and nervous system regulation, Gina brings a unique approach to personal transformation—one that integrates the mind, body, spirit and subconscious for profound shifts.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
All sales final. If you can no longer make it, please email us and we can arrange a credit for another future workshop or sound bath.
