Join me for this transformational breathwork session that will help you gain mental clarity, breakthrough emotional blockages, elevate your energy & connect with likeminded people.
Breakthrough Breathwork is a specific breathwork technique designed to facilitate deep emotional release and spiritual transformation. It will involve a guided breathing process that encourages you to breathe continuously and rhythmically, allowing you to access and release stored emotions, trauma, and energetic blockages in the body.
This session is for you if you are looking to:
-manage your stress more effectively
-increase your mental focus
-tap into more inner peace & calm
-release emotional blockages
Whether you're new to breathwork or have prior experience, this event is open to all. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfy clothes, journal & pen, water, blanket (optional)

LOCATION & PARKING: There is free parking around the area but be cautious that a lot of it is permit only parking on the weekends.
Please avoid food or caffeine at least 90 minutes prior to the session
