“Our vulnerabilities are our strength”Welcome to Breakthrough — a support group where we believe that intention is power, and the only real limitation is the belief that we are limited.
This space is designed to help you set meaningful intentions, discover your vulnerabilities, and learn how to use them to breakthrough your cocoon, what feels like limitation now may
one day become your wings.
Everyone is unique, and so is the way we grow. That’s why we honour every part of the human experience — especially the parts we usually hide. These sessions blend individual
support with group based exploration, tailored to meet you exactly where you are — at your own pace, in your own way.
You don’t need to have anything figured out. You don’t need to be confident, or ready to share, or even fully aware of what you're looking for. You just need to show up. From there,
we’ll walk the breakthrough journey together.
I’m Maha Al-Fayyad, your host, a woman shaped by my own vulnerabilities — and it’s those very struggles that became my source of strength. I can’t promise overnight change, but
I do promise to share what I’ve learned, and to hold space for your growth. Every time you come, we’ll work together to gently soften the edges of your cocoon.
