A lot of us learned early on that being good meant being safe.Don’t make waves.Don’t take up too much space.Be agreeable. Be capable. Be easy.
And even now—when you know better—your body still lives by those rules.
Breaking Up with “Good” is a half-day somatic mini-retreat for women who are tired of managing themselves, tired of being “fine,” and ready to feel what’s actually been building underneath the surface.
This isn’t about acting out or burning your life down.It’s about relief.
Through body-led somatic activation, conscious breath, music, and intuitive movement, we’ll create a grounded, regulated space where you can put down the version of you that behaves.
A space where:
- shoulders can soften
- breath can deepen
- hips and belly can unclench
- and your nervous system can stop asking, Am I doing this right?
Unlike a podcast that stays in your head or a short class, this experience gives your body enough time to actually process—to move through a full emotional cycle and land on the other side with more space, clarity, and ease.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.You don’t have to burn your whole life down.
You just have to stop being “good”.
