Striking a wild balance between embracing the spirit of inspiration and abandoning the strictures of inhibition, Night Court is set loose to draw new/glue repurposed maps over the post/pop/punk/lo-fi rock landscape. Wanting to travel light, the band decided to write only good songs with no unnecessary weight, leaving concentrated grooves of distorted/indelible catchiness in their wake.

Think: a loud, sketchy basement show with nihilistic lyrics and a full-blown meltdown.Think: sweating through trauma in Farsi and English.Think: grief and rage slamming into a strobe light at the same time.And this is just the beginning. DIY label. No management. No rules. Just noise, guts, and the need to rupture. Gadfly isn’t trying to make sense — they’re trying to melt your face off.
