Ursula was a founding member of hublsoft, which began as a start up in 2019 and is now backed by two institutional investors – Maven Capital Partners (since 2020), and North Edge Capital (since 2022). Additionally, Ursula has previously worked at Wm Morrisons plc across the project delivery portfolio, including Europe’s largest Oracle retail implementation, and BT Global Services, as part of the NHS National Programme for IT.
