Kenneth is a seasoned CEO with over 30 years of experience in leading Fortune 500 companies, including McDonald's, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Singapore Airlines. As McDonald's CEO for China (2009–2015), he led 150,000 employees, driving significant growth by opening over 1,000 restaurants in five years. In 2016, he became an equity and operating partner for Lionhorn, McDonald's licensee for Singapore and Malaysia. Kenneth has received multiple accolades, including the "Overseas CEO Award" (2014) and "Leading CEO Award" (2007). He currently serves as a strategic advisor and executive mentor.
