About this Event

Ratas de Dos Patas are proud to present this workshop for BIPOC Women and Femmes in improv to have a brave space where they are uplifted, celebrated, and rejoiced. We will explore the difficulties we face as BIPOC women and femmes in improv, work on exercises that highlight the power we bring to the stages, and learn skills on how to break the barriers we face in our art form. We will have deep moments of vulnerability while honing in the individual and collective strengths we possess as talented improvisers. Comfortable clothing and footwear are encouraged. Ratas de Dos Patas will make modifications to exercises to meet people’s physical abilities and comfort.

*If the cost is prohibitive for you, we are happy to offer sliding scale or scholarships when available, with priority going to BIPOC, disabled, and/or trans actors. For information on a sliding scale or scholarships, please email [email protected].
