Recently named Best Pizza 2025 by Eater Seattle and recognized as a Rising Star 2025 by Pizza Today Magazine, Chef Isaiah Ruffin joins Chef Katie for one night only to host a communal dinner rooted in hospitality, shared fire, and community.
This collaboration brings together Modern Filipino cuisine and the African Diaspora, exploring how food—through grain, spice, and hospitality—brings everyone to the table.
Expect shared plates, intentional courses, and a meal designed not just to be eaten, but experienced.
