Breaking Barriers, Building a Legacy is the flagship panel of the Southern University Law Center Black Law Students Association’s Rooted in Legacy, Rising in Law series, in collaboration with the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society. This dynamic program will feature distinguished judges, attorneys, and community leaders in a powerful discussion on resilience, equity, and leadership in the legal profession.
Through keynote insights and interactive breakout sessions, participants will explore how to navigate systemic challenges, leverage opportunities for growth, and create lasting impact in their communities. Beyond highlighting the achievements of trailblazers, this event will equip attendees with practical tools and mentorship-driven strategies for their own professional journeys.
