Our first fund raiser is Breakfast with Santa at Applebee’s on 20 December 2025 from 8am-10:30am. We need all hands on deck to make this a success! We will need all athletes to sell at least 10 tickets (more is ok!). Additionally athletes will be greeting guests, taking tickets, seating & serving guests & cleaning up. A link is attached and is a spreadsheet where I will keep track of everything we need for the fundraiser. Please use the Donations tab to communicate how you are willing to help. I will use the swimmer jobs tab to keep track of which kids are doing which jobs. Please do not sign them up on this spreadsheet, seniors get first pick:)
Each swimmer is expected to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. They are also asked to donate an item for the silent auction. I am encouraging the swimmers to check with local businesses to see if they would like to donate a prize. If the silent auction isn’t in the cards for you, we also need families to donate milk, chocolate milk, orange juice, & 6oz plastic cups. Please sign up on the spreadsheet.
If your swimmer does not want to sell tickets, you can make a donation of $100.00.
