December 14- Kyle Ingraham: President of AFC Logistics

Kyle Ingraham is a transportation executive with nearly 10 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He is President of AFC Logistics, a nationwide freight shipping and trucking leader in Full Truckload, LTL, Refrigerated and Flatbed trucking services. Ingraham’s responsibilities include company expansion, brand and reputation management, talent acquisition and retention, customer acquisition, and day-to-day operations.

Before joining the team at AFC Transport, Ingraham worked his way through the ranks at XPO Logistics, Inc., from the account manager, and senior account executive to branch president.

Throughout his career, Ingraham’s strategic leadership for customer sales, operations and account management have produced sustainable and tangible results for customers. At the same time, he maintained financial oversight of a $300MM P&L for a Fortune 500.

He has recruited and trained talent to build, scale and grow teams strategically and quickly to secure additional business revenue by emphasizing a culture focused on customer acquisition. To attain multi-million dollar revenue goals and to achieve business objectives, Ingraham developed sales processes and infrastructure while implementing performance management programs.


January 14- Ken Pomella: CEO of RevStar Consulting

Ken is a serial entrepreneur & CEO of RevStar Consulting, specializing in creating pure cloud software solutions that solve business problems. Ken has had several successful entrepreneurial endeavors in the technology realm. He has experience in both running startups & working at fortune 1000 enterprises. Hence, he is well-versed in the sometimes overwhelming task of starting a new endeavor or scaling up a current business.


February 8- Sean Fetcho: CEO of Verséa Health, Inc

Sean Fetcho is the co-founder and CEO of Verséa Health, Inc., a diversified life-science company committed to delivering innovative, high-value diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to improve healthcare quality and access.

Sean’s shared passion for the evolving healthcare industry and for building early-stage companies prompted him to drive explosive growth for Verséa over the past few years.

Before Verséa, Sean’s roster of early-stage and start-up companies includes multiple industries from Agrotech, online consumer magazines and finance.

Sean successfully created, launched, and oversaw 8 highly successful print and digital publications that targeted oncology, pain management and cardiology professionals, all of which remain in circulation today. He was then recruited into a Continuing Medical Education (CME) company, where Sean developed and executed new revenue streams that helped structure the business for an exit. Within 3 years, Aventine (PAINWeek) sold to a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange.

In his earlier years before healthcare, Sean was part of the launch team for Red Bull USA and a co-founder in a revolutionary packaging company that sustains the shelf-life of perishables, all while killing off any food-borne pathogens while in transit.

Sean attended the University of Westminster and Towson University with degrees in Economics & Psychology. He participated in Columbia University’s School of Business training programs for executives and advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Urgency-Based Selling, Strategic Intuition, Management, Sales, and Business Development.

Sean is an avid traveler for both business and pleasure and is thankful to have been to all 50 US states and 90+ countries. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums, snowboarding, tennis, basketball, and spending time with his fiancé, his son Zeppelin, and his dog Sir Monte.

March 8- Jackie McIntosh: EVP,

Jacquelyn “Jackie” McIntosh serves as Cogent Bank’s Pinellas County Market President with the primary responsibilities of managing commercial lending, retail banking, and bank operations. Her career has included senior leadership roles at national, regional, and community banks. Before joining Cogent, McIntosh worked as a market president for her previous employer, overseeing the strategic execution of commercial lending and retail production. She was integral in growing its territory market share from a startup operation to $850 million in loans and $750 million in deposits. McIntosh is active in her local community and has served on several boards, including American Diabetes Association of Tampa Bay and American Cancer Society. Additionally, she has been recognized as a top-producing commercial loan officer for several years. McIntosh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of South Florida and has certifications in appraisal review and cash management.
