• 09:10 – Welcome & strategic networking activity
• 09:20 – 30 Seconds of Power – Share who you are, what you do, and what you need help with (not a pitch—be specific!)
• 09:50 – Breakfast & roundtable networking
• 10:10 – Guest speaker or workshop
• 10:30 – 1:1 meeting time
• 10:40 – Raffle & meeting wrap-up
• 10:50 – Focused networking to book follow-ups and set your post-event actions
