About this Event
We meet Mondays and Fridays for a 30 minute meditation journey. The first part is guided and on the second you will apply the techniques yourself, sitting or laying down. You're welcome to continue for longer if you'd like! The room is available until 9am. The session ends with a sound and we leave the room gently in case anyone would like to continue their practice.
For the sessions you' re invited to choose comfortable wear and to bring any extra cushion or item that may add personal support your comfort. We provide mats, cushions and blankets.
Each session I will guide using different kinds of grounding, connecting and expanding techniques, using visualization or breathing as well as the symbolism of the I-Ching.
After the experience you are welcome to spare a moment at the café, perhaps you'd like to do some journaling, set up your to-dos or to share your insights and well being with your meditation mates. The experience includes a complimentary breakfast, combinng a freshly mixed 400ml power & mood-booster shake (fresh fruits, chia, goji berries, cashew butter, oat milk, superfood seeds, spinach and barley or matcha), Brazilian "Pão-de-Queijo" (gluten free cassava cheese bread or alternatively a hummus toast) and a coffee or tea drink of your choice.

Tickets will be sold up until 06:30am. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in.
