<h4>Alison Clegg</h4>

After working in Financial Services and Insurance Industry for over 35 years in Senior Operational Management roles Alison moved into HR and L&D, she went on to a VP role for a large global Insurance Company as an HR Consultant working with SME business owners. In 2019 Alison left the corporate world to set up her own business Highridge HR Consultancy Ltd to support SME’s to shape and build their people development strategies.

Alison is a seasoned professional in the realm of HR, carving her path as an HR Consultant providing support, guidance and ensuring clients are compliant when it comes to employment law also a specialist in Leadership Development and other learning solutions. With a wealth of experience and a passion for refining organisational success through people initiatives.

Alison’s proficiency in Leadership Development is accentuated by her Level 5 coaching status. She has been a guiding force in shaping the next generation of leaders, employing strategic coaching practices to unlock full potential.

Alison is also interim Chair of CIPD branch of West Yorkshire and engages in community activities for the CIPD.

Alison’s journey is a testament to the transformative potential of HR practices, leadership development and the impactful role of a level 5 coach. Her commitment to excellence in her passion for people continue to shape and elevate the clients she supports.

<h4>Heather Aust</h4>

Heather qualified as an employment law specialist in 2008 and developed her career in Manchester at a top 100 UK law firm as part of a Legal 500 Tier 1 team. She joined CG Professional as Partner in November 2020.

Providing support to clients across wide ranging industries, Heather is truly part of the client’s internal team advising on day-to-day HR workplace issues and larger restructure and litigious matters. Heather builds great trusted relationships with those she advises.

Understanding the importance of having relevant and up to date sector knowledge, Heather provides practical and commercial solutions for her clients which have spanned retail, hospitality, manufacturing, construction and insurance sectors to name a few.

Significant experience in drafting, amending and negotiating contractual documentation and policies is a given. Heather’s track record in achieving results in the Employment Tribunal setting is impressive and reassuring, guiding clients through the process from start to finish with her personable style.

Heather relishes delivering interactive and engaging training and legal seminars and is credited for her public speaking. Over the years Heather has also developed knowledge in business immigration matters; complementing her employment practice.

Recently Heather has focused on undertaking high value project work, notably involving outsourcing and restructuring, where the focus has been on employee relations, TUPE compliance and managing redundancies. Heather has supported her clients through sensitive insolvency processes and out of the other side which is testament to her position as trusted legal advisor.
