Breakfast Bites and Yoga is back. Start your day right with revitalising yoga to wake up your body and get it healthily flowing. Your physical efforts will then be rewarded with an incredible breakfast to set up a wonderful day!
Yoga will help the body stretch and relax its way to feeling great and balanced. Taking part in Yoga will benefit the mind, body and emotions and is a supportive and nurturing practice to do in the morning before breakfast due to its powerful cleansing effect on the organs and muscles. By working hard in our Yoga before breakfast that meal becomes all the more special!
Join us on August 15th for Sunday yoga with Leon Gregory and breakfast bites.
Schedule:
Between 10 and 11am we'll have an of yoga with Leon Gregory.
And then from 11 until 12pm you'll be able to try a selection of delicious vegan and gluten free brunch options
Tickets are £18pp
Please arrive at least five minutes before the yoga begins. Yoga mats will not be provided so please make sure you bring your own. Drinks are not included in the price of tickets
