Known as the Asian Ribena, Roselle has a multitude of uses, from its deep red flower calyxes, to its tart leaves, and even its stems! Join us for a morning to learn more about this beautiful plant and pick up not only some tips for growing Roselle, but also some tasty recipes where it’s the star of the show.

Participants will get to:

- Learn about the myriad uses of Roselle

- Understand the process of growing, maintaining, and harvesting Roselle

- Sample some tasty beverages and dishes featuring different parts of the plant
