Come learn some moves from B-Girl Emma, a Canadian Olympian who hails from Surrey.About this Event
Breaking 101 will go over the 4 elements of breaking: toprocks, go downs, footwork, and freezes. Toprocks are everything done standing up, go downs are moves to go from standing to the floor, footwork is everything on the floor, and freezes are when you freeze in a pose, for example a headstand freeze.
We will also work on how we can put all of those elements together in a combo, and we will also spend time doing freestyle!
