About this Event

Learn how to master your emotions, stress, and mental health as a successful entrepreneur through understanding the science and soul of nervous system regulation. In this workshop, you will learn what traditional therapy never taught you about sustainable mental health and wellness from a Licensed Therapist (LCSW) and Embodiment Coach. Sarah will break down her holistic Embodied Paradise Method, which teaches ambitious working women how to build a resilient adaptability to stress in body, mind, and soul so you can embody the vibrant, authentic, elite version of you in 2025. If you are interested in learning evidenced based physiological, cognitive, somatic, and spiritual tools that heal unconscious patterns of perfectionism, people pleasing, codependency, anxiety, and burnout, this workshop is for you!

Bio:

Sarah Slater Snyder is a Licensed Therapist (LCSW), Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 Hour), and Embodiment Coach in Waimanalo, HI. She has over twenty years of experience teaching cross-cultural populations how to tune into their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health to live from a place of truth, joy, intention, and purpose. Sarah served as a high school counselor, psychology and yoga teacher, and psychosocial department chair at Punahou School for over a decade before starting her private therapy practice specializing with teen girls and young adult women.

Sarah developed her proprietary Embodied Paradise Method, which integrates neuroscience, psychology, brainspotting, and yoga, to expand her reach beyond traditional therapy during the pandemic. She uses this holistic methodology to support high achieving women to operate at peak performance as a parent, partner, and professional through her global coaching practice. Sarah founded her holistic health program, Malama Membership Circle, to teach ambitious women how to build emotional regulation and embody the expansive, elite version of themselves without spending years in therapy. Sarah applied these holistic tools to heal herself and fully recover from Bells Palsy in just 3 weeks in September 2024.

Sarah also serves as a mental health consultant for independent schools in Hawaii and she facilitates a variety of community based holistic health workshops and yoga retreats for girls and women. She is also a mom to a high energy 6 year old and enjoys balancing work and play with her family through yoga, cooking, hiking, and ocean activities.
