We’ll kick things off with a little creative catharsis: decorating plates with all the stuff you’re ready to say goodbye to. Don’t worry about making it pretty—it’s all about expressing and projecting what no longer serves you.
Then comes the satisfying part: SMASHING those plates in a collective release ritual. Think Rage Room meets Therapy—pure liberation for the soul!
