Heart Lab is a 4-hour immersive experience designed to interrupt unconscious relational patterns and initiate a return to presence ... with yourself and others.
In this space, we don’t just talk about healing. We live it.
You’ll be guided by Jennifer Dominguez through embodied practices, nervous system awareness, and emotional integration in a safe and powerful container. Through a mix of solo reflection and partner/group dynamics, we explore the deeper layers that shape how we relate, love, and connect.
This is not therapy. This is not a lecture.
It’s a lab ... a space for real experimentation, discovery, and transformation.
