The freeze is real; outside, and sometimes inside too. But underneath it all, there’s movement waiting. Warmth. Connection. Joy.
Friday January 30th, we dance to Break the Ice. To shake off the heaviness. To melt through the layers. To find the fire that’s been quietly burning beneath the surface. Whether you’re arriving feeling tight, tender, frozen, or fiery, this is a space to let it all move.
We’ll crack open the shell together; with rhythm, breath, sweat, and play. The music will build, bodies will soften, and by the end, we’ll be flowing like the thaw.
Come move what’s stuck, come warm up, come dance it free! ❄️🔥
